AI Learning Architect
I build AI-assisted learning systems for organisations rethinking how they produce and run training. Sydney-based. Bilingual English and Spanish. Working with Claude, Next.js and a fair bit of Airtable.
Most "AI in learning" right now means someone using ChatGPT to draft course content. That's not what I do. I build the actual systems behind the work: prompt architectures that talk to Claude on a schedule, pipelines that turn raw subject-matter material into draft lessons, agent setups that flag what needs human review and what doesn't, course platforms that ship.
The work is part learning design, part engineering. I came to it through fifteen years in regulated-industry L&D — insurance, rail safety, financial certification — where you can't fake compliance and you can't fake the numbers. The AI side is what's let me move faster on production while keeping the governance discipline that those clients actually need.
I'm Sydney-based with remote-first delivery. I work bilingually in English and Spanish, and hold tri-national procurement eligibility through Chilean, Argentine and US passports alongside Australian residency.

A learning operations platform for NSW homeschooling families, aligned to NESA Stage 4 outcomes. 179 outcomes across seven subjects, dual Standard and Life Skills pathways, multi-family data isolation. Each evidence record runs through three Claude calls across seven Softr workflows, with explicit guardian approve, adjust or reject gates before anything is written. Built solo, end-to-end.
Greenfield design and full platform build for a procurement training ecosystem. I led the learner-journey design, ran AI-assisted content production across the full pipeline, and migrated the platform from WordPress to a custom Next.js, Supabase, Stripe and Vercel stack. Cut triage-to-first-draft time by around 55 per cent.
